Discount Wholesalers Inc does not offer any guarantees on any products that we sell. Exchanges or returns are not accepted unless a mistake was committed. Please keep in mind that when purchasing manifested loads discrepancies do occur. So if your manifested load stated 2,500 units and you only received 2,450 units you will need to take this shortage into account and factor it in to your total purchase. Manifested loads can have a + or - 5% variance.
