Clear from the start
What we do and what we do not do
We would rather tell you up front than after the fact. This is what is on you:
Customs is yours. Our prices do not include duties, taxes or customs clearance in your country. Check with your customs office before ordering.
We are not a freight forwarder. We do not book the vessel or handle clearance. We can point you to a forwarder who handles U.S. exports, but the contract is yours.
A manifest is not always available. Because of the type of liquidation merchandise we sell, some loads have no itemized list or country-of-origin document. We tell you before you buy.
Merchandise is sold as-is. It is overstock, customer returns and shelf pulls. That is exactly why we show it to you on video before you pay.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a license or a tax ID to buy?
No. We do not require a U.S. resale license or business registration. You can buy as an individual or as a company.
What is the minimum purchase?
One wholesale box, from $100. From there you can move up to a pallet, several pallets or a full truckload.
Can I see the merchandise before paying?
Yes. Book a video call and a rep films the actual load, or visit the warehouse if you travel to the United States.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. The whole sales team is bilingual, English and Spanish.
How much does ocean freight cost?
It depends on the destination and the container size, and your freight forwarder issues the quote. Our container guide explains typical market ranges and when a full container beats shipping loose pallets.
How can I pay?
Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Wire transfer for truckloads and containers.
Can I mix categories in one load?
Yes, depending on what is on the floor. Tell us what sells in your market and we build the mix from what is available.
Are there auctions or bidding?
No. Every load carries a posted, fixed price, with no bidding and no buyer's premium.
What is a pallet and what is a truckload?
A pallet is a wrapped skid of merchandise, usually hundreds of pieces. A full truckload is 24 to 26 pallets and can exceed 22,000 units.
Can I pick the load up myself?
Yes. You can collect it at our Lumberton, NC warehouse Monday to Friday, and our team loads you with a forklift.
