How to buy liquidation lots, pallets and truckloads
Buying wholesale liquidation from Discount Wholesalers Inc is simple: choose your load, see it, get your freight quote, pay, and pick it up or have it shipped. No resale license required.
Buying in 5 steps
- Choose what you want to buyBrowse pallets, truckloads or wholesale lots on the website, or download our inventory file. Many loads sell by phone before they are listed, so ask a sales rep what is new.
- See it before you payBook a free video call and a sales rep shows you the real merchandise on camera, or visit our warehouse in Lumberton, NC, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. You can also ask for photos and videos.
- Get your freight quotePick up for free at our warehouse, or ask for a shipping quote. Boxes ship by UPS, pallets by LTL freight and full loads by truck. For pallets and trucks, use the Request Shipping Quote button on the product page.
- Place your order and payCheck out online, or order by phone, email or in person. Orders must be paid in full before they ship or are picked up. See accepted payment methods in our FAQ.
- Pick it up or receive itWe usually ship within 48 hours after payment. Deliveries in the U.S. usually take 1–5 business days. Check your pallets before you sign the delivery receipt (see below).

Every listing states its condition: customer returns, shelf pulls or case packs. All merchandise is sold as-is and expiration dates are not guaranteed. Read what each condition means.
Receiving your order
Pallets (LTL freight)
- LTL is for about 1–6 pallets; more usually ships as a full truck.
- Delivering to a business address or picking up at a freight terminal costs less. Residential delivery and liftgate service cost extra (usually about $25–$75 each).
- Drivers deliver curbside or to a dock, not inside.
- Check the pallets and shrink wrap before you sign. Write any damage on the Bill of Lading and take photos, or the freight company may not compensate you.
Truckloads
- Shipped in a 48' or 53' trailer. The rate is flat and based on mileage.
- A 53' trailer fits 26 pallets, or up to 52 double-stacked when the load allows.
- Make sure a semi-truck can reach your address and that you have a forklift or pallet jack to unload.
- You usually have up to 2 hours to unload; the driver does not unload.
- Quotes include basic insurance. Ask your sales rep if you want full coverage.
Buying from outside the U.S.
- We export every week. Small orders can ship by UPS or USPS; larger orders go through your freight forwarder, and we help with container loads (20', 40' and 45').
- As a reference, ocean freight usually runs about $400–$1,000 per pallet, or about $2,500–$6,000 per container, depending on the destination.
- Customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. Check your country's import rules before you order; we cannot always provide manifests or country of origin for liquidation goods.

Policies in short
- All sales are final. Merchandise is sold as-is; returns are accepted only if we made a mistake. Manifested loads can vary ±5%.
- Cancellations: within 24 hours without a fee; after that a restocking fee may apply.
