Inside the warehouse
See the warehouse floor before you drive out
Both videos were filmed by our own team inside the building. What you see is the liquidation merchandise that ships to buyers and sits on the floor for pickup.
Truckloads staged and ready to ship
This is what a staged truckload looks like on our floor: case pack merchandise, wrapped, banded and counted, waiting on the dock. A full load is 24 to 26 pallets and leaves Lumberton on a 53-foot trailer, or goes out on your own truck the day you come in.
Pallet buyers see the same thing at smaller scale. Every pallet is built, wrapped and labeled here before it is listed, which is why we can tell you the category, the condition and the piece count before you pay.
If you cannot make the drive, a sales rep will film the exact load on a live video call and answer your questions while you watch, the same way this clip was shot.
Filmed in January. That specific load has sold; inventory changes every week, so call to ask what is staged right now.
Getting here

- Florence, SC — about 1 hour
- Wilmington, NC — about 1 hour 20 minutes
- Raleigh, NC — about 1 hour 45 minutes

Too far to drive? We ship pallets on LTL freight and truckloads on FTL to all 48 contiguous states out of FOB NC 28360 — see our shipping policy for how freight is handled. Export buyers load 20', 40' and 45' containers from the same dock: start with our export and container loads guide. Ask for a freight quote before you commit, so you see the cost before the order is confirmed.
Why buyers come in person
What you can do at our warehouse
- Inspect before you pay. Look at the pallet, check condition and piece count first.
- Buy and load the same day. Bring a truck or trailer and take it with you; our team loads it for you with a forklift.
- Talk to a rep in person. Bilingual team, English and Spanish.
- Ask what is arriving. New loads land every week, before they are listed online.
- Compare formats side by side. A box, a pallet, a Gaylord and a truckload, in the same visit.
- Too far to drive? Book a live video walkthrough instead.

What you can pick up at the warehouse
Inventory changes every week. These are the ways buyers leave with merchandise:
From $550
Liquidation pallets
The most common way to start. Cosmetics, HBA, general merchandise, clothing and more.
From $5,500
Full truckloads
24 to 26 pallets per load, the lowest cost per unit.
From $100
Wholesale lots & boxes
50 to 650 pieces, the lowest entry point for a first-time buyer.
Gaylords — the large bulk containers a full load is broken into — come up regularly too, especially in seasonal merchandise; ask a rep what is on the floor. By source, we usually hold Amazon return pallets, CVS pallets, Walmart pallets, Sam’s Club pallets and Dollar General pallets. By category: health and beauty, cosmetics, general merchandise, household, paper products, clothing and toys.
Know what you are buying
What the condition labels mean
- Shelf pulls. Merchandise pulled from store shelves, usually unused; packaging may be worn.
- Case packs. Sealed cases of the same item, the most predictable format to resell.
- Customer returns. Returned merchandise sold as-is; expect a share of damaged or incomplete items.
- Unmanifested. No itemized list. Lower price per unit, mix unknown until you open it.
All liquidation merchandise is sold as-is. That is exactly why we would rather have you open the load here, on our floor, before you pay for it.
