We like to keep things as simple as possible for all of our customers. We know what a pain in the butt it is to have to register to a website just to view certain items or prices. So at DWI we do not subject our customers to jump through hoops to get information, unless they choose to. The option is yours, If you do decide to register you will be able to keep track of all of your past orders. We carry a large selection of categories offered in a variety of product conditions and lot sizes. From the box, pallet or truckload we have it all. Given the complexity of the closeout and liquidation industry we have categorized our products in the following:

The majority of our Department Store Programs that we carry are manifested and sold on a % of the wholesale or retail value. The condition of these programs can range from from Customer Returns to Shelf Pulled items.

Case pack items generally consist of closeouts and liquidations items. These items may be short dated, discontinued or overstock items. Generally these items are in perfect condition and offer a great return on your investment.

These lots offer a lot fo bang for your bucks but do carry more risk than other lots as these pallet lots are generally not manifested. Some are sold by the pallet or piece count but may not have an exact detail of what is included. Multi pallet discounts are available.

We want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers. We limit our online purchases to certain items and limit online purchases to $2,500 via credit card payments and Paypal for customers within the United States. We do not accept credit card or Paypal payments for international orders. Even though online payments are accepted within the United States additional paperwork may be required for your order to be processed. A credit card authorization form along with a photocopy of the credit card being used along with a photo ID may be required. DWI reserves the right to decline any credit card or Paypal payments it deems fit. Customers paying with Paypal will only be allowed to ship orders to VERIFIED Paypal address listed on their account. We also reserve the right to not ship orders to freight forwarders when paying with a card.
All credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee, even if you are not charged this fee during checkout you are liable to paying this fee prior to us preparing and shipping out your order.
Due to recent high levels of credit card fraud we have been forced to enforce the above procedures to lessen our liability
DWI also accepts payments via Bank Wire, Bank Transfers, Transfer wise & Zelle for customers that are unable to pay via credit card or Paypal. Bank Wires and Transfers do not have an additional processing fee on the DWI side, but fees may be charged by your bank.
If you are a new customer and your order is being shipped within North Carolina you will be required to provide a valid copy of your reseller’s permit or you will be assessed a 4.75% sales tax on all of your orders. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business all SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds or returns will be offered.
We welcome customers to visit our warehouse in Lumberton, NC. Visit our warehouse anytime during our business hours 5 days a week and purchase your merchandise in person. If you are unable to take the merchandise you have purchased with you we are able to ship these products to you at an additional cost.
You are able to purchase most items directly on our website, but keep in mind that an additional processing fee will be required for credit card or paypal purchases. Since we are unable to charge a processing fee due to website limitations you will be emailed a payment link to cover the processing fee by one of our account representatives within 24 hours after your initial order has been made.
There are certain items that may not be directly purchased on our website due to the amount of purchase. This usually pertains to truckloads or higher value pallet loads.
We limit our online purchases to $1,500 USD. All credit card and PayPal purchases will be assessed a 3% processing fee. Additional documentation may be required to process your online payment, such as a credit card authorization form and a copy of a photo I.D. along with a copy of the credit card being used. Purchases over this amount will require payment via bank wire/ transfer or payment via Zelle (Zelle payments can only be received from personal bank accounts).
DWI reserves the right to cancel any credit card purchase that it deems fit. Unfortunately due to recent high credit card fraud we are very cautious with all credit card & PayPal payments.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or being picked up. We do not accept C.O.D’s and a 3% processing fee will be assessed on all credit card and PayPal payments. Additional documentation may be required depending on the order amount and the type of good being purchased. Discount Wholesalers Inc has established relationships with numerous national freight companies guaranteeing you the best shipping rates available. Our orders are usually shipped via UPS, LTL (Less than Load), Full Truckload & Ocean Containers. You are also more than welcome to pick up your order in person.
The cost to ship orders via UPS is dependant on the weight of the products, distance and if the delivery address is residential or commercial. The cost of shipping LTL (By the pallet) is also based on the distance, weight, dimensions of the pallet, if a lift gate is required to unload the pallet and if the delivery address is a residential or commercial address. The cost of shipping a Full Truckload or Ocean Container is determined by the distance between the pickup address and delivery destination.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment has been received. Shipments within the United States typically take between 1-5 business days to arrive. International shipments can take between 7-15 business days. Overseas container shipments can take up to 60 days to reach their destination.
All orders are to be paid within 48 hours or product availability can not be guaranteed. Due to the nature of our business ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS-IS AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please make sure you ask all questions and request pictures of items prior to completing your purchase. We work with a large variety of product conditions and try to advertise our products as properly and accurately as possible. We like to be as upfront as possible to avoid any miscommunication. The above listed policy is very common in the liquidation industry due to the different product conditions we work with. Some products may be fully manifested while others may only be partially manifested or not include any product specifics at all.

We offer very competitive national shipping rates via UPS.com and with local freight companies. We are also able to assist with some International shipping but keep in mind that all customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Discount Wholesalers Inc does not offer any guarantees on any products that we sell. Exchanges or returns are not accepted unless a mistake was committed. Please keep in mind that when purchasing manifested loads discrepancies do occur. So if your manifested load stated 2,500 units and you only received 2,450 units you will need to take this shortage into account and factor it in to your total purchase. Manifested loads can have a + or - 5% variance.
If you ever have any problems or concerns with your orders make sure to contact us as soon as possible as we strive to resolve any issues as fairly and quickly as possible.
Smaller orders generally ship out by the box via UPS instead of using a freight carrier. Shipping multiple boxes at a time is usually cheaper, as each additional box is cheaper than the first box.
Depending on the number of boxes, it might be cheaper to ship the boxes on a pallet with an LTL freight carrier. Your sales representative can assist you in providing you the best possible shipping option possible.
LTL or Less than a load (Multiple pallet shipments). LTL shipments are any orders that require between 1-6 pallets. Generally orders requiring more than 6 pallets will require a full truckload shipment. Please keep in mind that LTL shipping fees will increase if the delivery destination is a residential address and if a liftgate will be required to unload the pallets.
We will always try to assist you with the best shipping option possible prior to finalizing your order.
* Residential pallet deliveries to a residential address may require a liftgate to lower the pallets off of the truck.
* Residential deliveries and liftgate services require an additional charge.
* You can save money if you are able to receive your pallet at a business address or pick up your order at a local freight terminal.
* Residential delivery fees can range between $25-$75, while liftgate fees can range between $35-$75.
* Deliveries are usually dropped curbside or at a loading dock. Drivers will not bring your pallets into your storage space or garage without charging an inside delivery fee. Be prepared to break down the pallet and manually bring your items inside.
* It is very important that you verify your pallet(s) and shrink wrap before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading. If you notice any damage or discrepancies make sure to notate them on the Bill of Lading before you fully accept the merchandise. Make sure to also take pictures of the condition of the pallet. Failure to follow these instructions will significantly lower your chances of receiving any compensation from the freight company.
Truckloads are generally shipped in a 48’ or 53’ truck. Truckload rates are usually a flat fee and are the same whether the truck is half empty or full. The rate is based on mileage and final destination. Just as LTL shipments truckloads can also be ordered with a liftgate at an additional charge.
26 pallets can be accomodated to fit on a 53’ truck without double stacking the pallets. Some pallets depending on the items being shipped can be double stacked as long as both pallets do not exceed 8’ in height. By double stacking up to 52 pallets can be shipped on one truck minimizing the cost of shipping per pallet.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER WHEN RECEIVING A TRUCKLOAD OF MERCHANDISE.
* Make sure that you are able to receive a 53’ truckloads at your location. Most residential neighborhoods will not allow semi-truck deliveries. If this is the case an additional charge will be added to transfer pallets into a smaller truck for delivery.
* Make sure that you are capable of unloading the truck. You will need to either have a forklift or pallet jack to unload.
* Please notify your sales representative if you require a phone call prior to delivery.
* Customers generally have a maximum of 2 hours to unload the truck, if more time is required an additional fee may be charged. So make sure you have enough help to unload in the allotted time frame.
* Keep in mind that the delivery fee does not include labor. The driver will not assist you in unloading unless a liftgate fee was paid, in which case the driver will assist with lowering the pallets to the curb.
* Shipping quotes are generally quoted with minimal insurance. If you would like to cover the full amount of your invoice please make sure to let your sales representatives know. Keep in mind that this will increase the cost of shipping.
International Shipping Costs:
We are only able to quote International shipments for UPS.com or USPS.com on our website and this is only for box size orders. For larger orders please contact one of our sales representatives as they may be able to assist you in finding a freight forwarder. Please note that Discount Wholesalers Inc. is not shipping provider nor may we be held responsible for shipping.
Ocean freight fees can cost anywhere from $400-$1000 per pallet depending on the destination and are usually not feasible for low value orders.
Ocean freight containers are usually your best option as the cost can range between $2,500-$6,000 depending on the destination and the size of the container. Containers come in 20’, 40’ and 45’.
Please note that our International shipping quotes DO NOT include any customs clearance fees or taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay all customs fees and taxes that may be charged in your country. Discount Wholesalers Inc is not freight forwarder or shipper and we are unable to quote you on any customs fees that you may be assessed. Please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order to verify what charges you may incur.
It is very important that you verify that you are able to import the goods that you are looking to purchase, as many countries have strict importation restrictions that may be based on brand protection or health regulations. We are not familiar with your countries import laws so it is your full responsibility to education yourself prior to ordering.
Discount Wholesalers Inc is not responsible items are seized or refused at customs. Make sure you are aware of any and all fees that may be charged and be capable of paying them when they arrive.
Please be aware that U.S. Customs does have the right to inspect shipments prior to leaving the United States. These inspections may incur additional costs which are the responsibility of the customer. All customs clearance, duties and any other fees associated with the importation of your merchandise is your full responsibility.
Please keep in mind that we export numerous orders orders weekly without any issues with customs clearance. Due to the type of items we sell we are unable to provide some of the documentation required by customs, such as manifests and the country of origin of the items being purchased. Most of the time this will not cause any issues at customs.
